Off Road Duathlon race Kamloops
Adventure Immersion Lab Off-road Duathlon Race 6H, Kamloops
Join up this spring for a fun 6 hour mountain bike and trail run event in the heart of Kamloops.
Participants will complete as many loops of both the mountain bike and on foot loops as they can finish in 6 hours.
The route will be marked and there will be one loop to do on the mountain bike and one loop to complete on foot (running or hiking). Completing both, the mountain bike loop and the on foot loop will give 1 point to the participant(s).
The Solo/Team with the most points and least amount of time on course at the end of the 6h wins.
Each participant of a team will have to complete a loop on the bike before choosing to keep going on the next loop or tag their teammate.
A loop started but not finished by the 6h mark will not count and time and points will be calculated from the time the last full loop within the time limit was completed.
Location & Date: Kamloops. Kenna Cartwright Park, June 1st 2024.
Disciplines: Mountain Biking and Trail Running or Walking.
Duration: Course open for 6 hours.
Solo or Team of 2 Relay.
Price: Early Bird (till Dec 31st 2023) solo: $105 , team of 2 Relay: $155.
Regular Price (Jan 1st 2024 to Apr 15th 2024) solo: $120, team of 2 Relay: $170.
Late Entry (Apr 16th 2024 to May 25th 2024) solo: $135, team of 2 Relay: $185.
Refund Policy: All entries are Non Refundable but are transferable up to a week prior to the event.
Registration includes: A fun and well organized event, Aid stations fuel (chips, Energy bars and fruits) and hydration (electrolytes and water) Swag and Prizes for the podium as well as draw prizes.
Every participant will have to sign a waiver prior to the event to be allowed to participate in the event!
Mandatory Equipment list to come (anticipate participants will have to bring their own Mountain bikes (No E-bikes).
